Desktop Gym, LLC and its subsidiaries (collectively, “DTG” or “we”) have developed this Privacy Policy to explain why we collect particular information and how we will protect your personal privacy within our brand websites for Desktop Gym® workplace fitness app and books. This Privacy Policy is applicable both to information collected from our customers and other visitors to the Site and to those desiring information about our services and products and their costs. Specific information regarding our collection and use of information can be obtained by writing to us. See the last paragraph of this document, “Contacting Us” and follow the prescribed procedure. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to the Terms of Use. Each time that you use the Site, you signify that you agree to be bound by the Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy. Summary Description of this Privacy Policy

We do not sell or rent your information to third parties, other than in the unlikely event of a corporate transaction involving a sale or disposition of our company OR to provide technical assistance from an independent contractor.
